Unit 1, Session 1: Joshua and Caleb
Caleb and Joshua trusted God. God had a plan for Joshua to lead the Israelites into the promised land. Joshua reminds us of Jesus. Joshua was not perfect, but Jesus is. Jesus trusted His Father’s plan to save people from their sins.
Unit 1, Session 2: Joshua and Jericho
Joshua led people to obey God. After Jesus died and was raised from the dead, He talked to His friends. Jesus wanted them to tell other people about Him. Now Jesus lives in heaven, and He wants us to tell other people about Him too.
Unit 1, Session 3: (B-PK) God Sent Rain; (K) Elijah on Mount Carmel
The people who worshiped the false god Baal worked very hard to show they loved Baal, but Baal was silent. The one true God is not like false gods. Instead, God showed His love for us by sending His Son, Jesus, to be the Savior of the world.
Unit 1, Session 4: Daniel in the Lions’ Den
Daniel chose to obey God no matter what, and God blessed Daniel. In a greater way, Jesus always did what God wanted Him to do. Jesus never sinned, but He came to earth to rescue sinners. God forgives and helps everyone who trusts in Jesus.

Unit 2, Session 3: Jesus Loved Zacchaeus
Jesus came to look for and rescue people who sin. He came to rescue people like you and me. Jesus died on the cross and rose again. He is happy when we are sorry for our sin, and He wants us to trust in Him.
Unit 2, Session 4: Jesus Blessed the Children
God is changing believers to be more like Jesus. We are God’s children—freed from sin, given power to do what is right, and adopted into God’s family. Because Jesus died on the cross, God the Father welcomes us and promises a future with Him forever.
Unit 3, Session 1: Abram and Lot Worked Together
God had a very good plan for Abraham and his family. The plan was also for all the people who would be part of Abraham’s family. Many years later, a baby boy named Jesus was born into Abraham’s family. Jesus was God’s plan to save people from sin and fix their relationship with God.
Unit 3, Session 2: Baby Moses
God saved Moses’ life so Moses could one day save God’s people from the Egyptian king. God used His Son, Jesus, to save people in an even better way. God sent Jesus to earth to save us from our sin.
Unit 3, Session 3: Ruth and Boaz
Boaz helped his close relatives. Boaz was a family redeemer. He bought back what his relatives lost. Jesus is our Redeemer. He bought our salvation from sin by dying on the cross.
Unit 3, Session 4: (B-PK) Jesus Visited Mary and Martha; (K) Mary, Martha, and Lazarus
B-PK: Jesus loved and helped His friends and taught them to love and help one another. Jesus loved and helped us by doing for us what we could never do. Jesus is our King who died on the cross to rescue us from our sin.
K: Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead. He showed that He has power over death. Jesus died on the cross for our sin and rose from the dead. Those who trust in Jesus will live forever with Him.
Unit 3, Session 5: Priscilla and Aquila
