Parents, today your child learned that people can tell about Jesus, and the Holy Spirit will help them. Paul submitted to the Holy Spirit’s leadership about where to go and where not to go. The Holy Spirit empowered Paul to tell people everywhere about Jesus.

Even in the best of relationships, we will hurt or disappoint each other. It’s often easy to forgive a misunderstanding or unintentional mistake, but it’s harder when the person “knows better” and does it anyway. Or it’s a repeated blunder done again and again. And sometimes the hurt done is truly damaging. Some of us become hesitant to forgive, because by doing so, it feels like we’re saying what happened was OK.

What a great Unit Verse to memorize as a family. Sit down today and grab a map. Look up where all of these places are. Now look for a spot on the opposite side of the planet from where you are today. Pray for that country together.
