Parents, today your child learned that Jesus taught that He is the Messiah. As Jesus read from the Scriptures that Isaiah wrote, Jesus told the people the prophecy was fulfilled in Him! What a revelation for the people!

For many people, holy refers to something highly religious; it’s sacred and untouchable. However, holiness is first and foremost the chief attribute of God. It refers to something that is set apart from the rest, and God is certainly set apart from anything and everything else. How we understand holiness affects how we approach and relate to God.

It is time to memorize the Unit Verse for the month! As you learn it look for a way to reach out to others less fortunate than you. Maybe you can serve at a soup kitchen, or do a service work for an elderly neighbor that needs help. Find something you can do as a family.
