I just tested it and it printed fine on my end. This may be a printer setting. You could download the pdf and then print from the pdf on your computer. To download the pdf, click on the Preteen printables and then there is a download button to download to your computer. Then go to your download folder on your computer and print the file from there. If that doesn’t work, I can email you the pdf to print from your email so let me know. Thanks!
Good day. I’m having the same problem as the prev person. Are you referring to the download button at the top of this page? Both it and the link for the material take you to a list of the printables but nothing else. Please help.

Then click on “Enhanced CD Printables” under the Kids Winter Extras. Then click on the age group that you teach. All of the printables needed are there. Please let me know if you have any questions.
