Game – High Five Review
Materials: no materials needed
Form three equal teams with your kids and have them sit on the floor with their team. You will sit in the middle of the room, an equal distance from each team. Tell the teams that you will read a review question from this lesson or previous lessons. The first team that sends one volunteer to you, gives you a high five, and answers the question correctly will receive a point. At the end of the questions, the team with the most points wins.
Craft—Jesus Bottles
Materials: plastic water bottles (one per child), shredded paper or paper confetti, index cards cut into 1-by-1-inch squares, gel pens or thin-line markers
Guide a child to print the letters of Jesus’ name on the small squares, one letter per square. She can fill her plastic bottle with shredded paper or paper confetti. Then she can drop her letters into the bottles. (Kids may want to add additional letters or duplicates of the letters in Jesus’ name.) Talk about the Bible story and say the Life Point as kids work. When a child finishes her bottle, she can shake and move the bottle to find the letters to spell Jesus’ name. Tell her to challenge her family members to find all the letters.

Live It Out
Game – Thankfulness Challenge
Materials: no materials needed
Create two teams with your kids. Put them in two lines with the two teams facing each other, and you will sit in-between them. Starting with the team on your left, give each child five seconds to state one thing they are thankful for that God has done for them. After a child answers, their team gets a point, and they will go to the end of the line. If a child doesn’t answer within five seconds, then their team doesn’t receive a point. After everyone has had a chance to participate, the team with the most points wins. Write the Weekly Verse on the board and have everyone say it together. After Jesus healed the 10 men, only one came back to say thank you. Encourage your kids to always look for ways to thank God for what He has done for them.
Craft – Washer Necklace
Materials: large metal washers, thin-line permanent markers, baker’s twine or leather shoe lacing
Give each kid a washer. Remind kids they learned today that Jesus could heal people because He is God’s Son. Guide kids to print Jesus Is God’s Son on the washers. They can also draw designs on their washers. Cut lengths of twine or lacing, about 3 feet per kid. Assist kids in folding the twine in half, inserting the folded end through the opening in the washer, and pulling the ends of the twine through the loop. Tie the ends to make a necklace. Talk about the Bible story and the Life Point.
Options: Use nail polish or stickers to decorate the washers. Use plastic lacing or yarn for the necklace.
