You know, the podcast that talks about all things discipleship? Discipleology’s third season has a few new changes in store for you! This season features new cohosts and now we’re recording the video too!
First, I get the pleasure of sitting alongside new cohosts Mary Wiley and Chris Surratt. Mary is wise beyond her years and is passionate about teaching the importance of having a strong understanding of what you believe, why you believe it, and why it matters. The author of Everyday Theology, she is grounding all of our discussions in applying ideas and concepts directly into the home. While she often offers the softer side of the group, do not mistake her kindness for a lack of intensity, brilliance, or thoughtfulness. I am beyond thrilled to have her on Discipleology.
Chris Surratt has a storied past as a church planter, speaker, and ministry consultant. He has served on executive teams across the country, a discipleship and small group expert, and has authored a small tower of incredibly useful books and blogs. Chris has a unique perspective applying our discussions in the context of the church and how to utilize, motivate, and enable members of a congregation. I am incredibly lucky to share moments of my day learning from Chris!
But wait! That’s not all! We are recording each of these podcasts on video as well! So whether you’d like to continue to listen on the go with any of your favorite podcast apps, or if you’d like to see Mary, Chris, and myself in person—we have an option for you! We will post new episodes each week, including topics as community, happiness, purpose, rest, and more! We have a laundry list of expert guests eagerly waiting to share with you, and I am thrilled to get to lead a discussion that, prayerfully, brings you closer to knowing and loving Jesus more.
