Parents, today your child learned that the Bible is the Word of God. God told Jeremiah what to write to be read to the king. When the king destroyed the scroll, God told Jeremiah the words again.

Parents, today your child learned that God helps people. God helped David from the time he was anointed as king. God promised David his family would rule in Israel forever. This was the promise of the Messiah.

Parents, today your child learned that God can do all things. Moses told the Israelites to get ready because God would talk to them and show them great things. The people got ready to listen!

Parents, today your child learned that God cares about people. God loved Abraham and promised to make a great nation from his descendants, even before Abraham and Sarah had a child.

Parents, today your child learned that God does what He says. God told Noah that He would flood the whole earth, but would protect Noah, his family, and some animals. God always keeps His promises.

Parents, today your child learned that Jesus can give people what they need. Jesus helped His disciples catch a large net full of fish after they had not caught any fish all night. Jesus gives us what we need, too.
